Medical Director, Dr. Herman Ellis, MD, MPH, FACPM, AOA-BCS-AM

Dr. Herman Ellis is a highly accomplished physician and a leader in medicine and public health. As a board-certified medical director in addiction medicine and preventive medicine, he currently provides clinical oversight and patient care for substance use at Ramazzini Occupational Health Associates. His career includes significant leadership roles in corporate, academic, and government sectors. A respected academic, Dr. Ellis has held faculty positions at Columbia University and Meharry Medical College.

Cassandra Wilson, MSN, FNP-BC

Cassandra Wilson, MSN, FNP-BC Family Nurse Practitioner Cassandra Wilson is a board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner with a deep-rooted passion for integrative, compassionate care. With over 15 years of experience across urgent care, hospice, family medicine, and clinical education, she brings a calm, grounded presence to every patient interaction. Cassandra is also a certified yoga instructor and holds advanced degrees in Integrative Medicine and Aromatherapy, allowing her to support healing through both conventional and complementary modalities. Her approach is centered on whole-person wellness—addressing physical health while honoring emotional and spiritual needs. Whether guiding patients through chronic illness or mentoring future clinicians, Cassandra leads with empathy, clarity, and a commitment to care that is both clinically sound and deeply human.

Keisha M. Perry, MS, PA-C Physician Assistant

Keisha Perry is a board-certified Physician Assistant with a passion for integrative, patient-centered care. With experience in family medicine, urgent care, and mobile health, she blends clinical expertise with a holistic approach that honors the whole person. Her background in naturopathic medicine and education allows her to empower patients through thoughtful guidance, compassionate listening, and personalized wellness plans. In addition to her clinical work, Keisha brings a strong foundation in science education and community engagement. She has taught biology and life sciences in public schools and universities, using hands-on learning and real-world connections to inspire health literacy and self-advocacy. Her care philosophy is rooted in accessibility, empathy, and the belief that healing begins with understanding—making her a trusted partner for patients navigating both acute concerns and long-term wellness goals.

Lenora Shea, Patient Care Coordinator

A native New Yorker with 20 years of experience in rehabilitation settings, Lenora, is the welcoming voice behind our practice. She answers calls, schedules appointments, and ensures every message reaches the right provider. Known by patients simply by her first name, she brings warmth, precision, and a personal touch to every interaction. Outside of work, she runs a small business crafting custom gift baskets for weddings, baby showers, and birthdays—infusing care into everything she does. She’s the steady hand behind our schedules and the heart of our administrative team.
